Upon beating the final Mission, you'll unlock the extremely popular and infamous X-missions. These are the most difficult missions in the game.

Ok, me and my freind did this once. In the final story level(not the X missions) the Stigma will make a circle of tumor like things and shockwave them and make an instant fail, most people use the healing touch to prevent this, but their is a much easier way! Remember you need 2 people to do this... After the outer shell comes off laser it all the time, never stop. Make sure you have a person on vitals, injuries, and tumors. When you run out of laser switch, you should beat it before the circle of death, but just in case have some one use the healing touch when the nurse says,"Is it over?", but when she is saying that just keep lasering, again just incase.
